Where can I apply wall stickers
Our wall stickers can be applied to any flat, smooth surface including painted and wallpapered walls, plaster, tiles, painted wood, metals, plastic and glass. They cannot be applied to textured surfaces such as bare bricks.
can I apply the stickers to a FRESHLY painted wall?
We recommend that you wait 3-5 weeks between painting your room and applying your Happy Decs wall stickers. Even though the wall feels dry to the touch, the paint may not have fully cured and application before this point can cause the wall sticker to peel and remove paint.
Can the stickers be re-stuck?
They are not designed to be continually removed and re-stuck but if you have made a placement mistake, peel off carefully and you should be able to stick it directly in the correct position.
will the wall sticker damage my wall?
Our wall stickers are made from industry recognised removable material, however we can not guarantee that damage will not be caused due to variables out of our control. We recommend you test the material on your wall. We are not liable for possible damage to surfaces.
can the wall stickers be removed?
Our wall stickers can be removed with ease. They should simply peel off but if they are proving more stubborn, heat the wall sticker with a hair dryer and then gently peel the sticker off the wall. We use a high quality peel-able vinyl, so there shouldn't be any mess or evidence that the sticker was ever on your wall. Unfortunately, there may be situations where paint is already loose and will be damaged, so test the stickers on an inconspicuous area first.
Can I apply the wall stickers in any room?
You can apply them to any interior wall, but be aware that exposure to moisture and steam can shorten the overall life expectancy of the adhesive. Make sure that you apply the wall sticker on to a clean and dry, flat non-porous surface and they should remain adhered for many years.

How do you send the wall stickers?
We post using Royal Mail, postage costs £2.50 per order. We use a cardboard envelope and all of our standard wall stickers are presented on A5 sheets to make sure that they fit through your letterbox without being bent or damaged.
can I return the stickers?
We cut each pack of stickers to order, this means we can offer a huge range of colours, however this also means reselling your particular order is difficult, we are a very small business and can only offer a refund if there is a problem with the item that you’ve ordered. If you’re unsure of colours or shapes, please order a sample pack, these are free to order and the £2.50 postage cost is redeemable off your first order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your wall stickers are cut to order, we do this so that we are able to offer such a huge range of variables, but it does mean that at busy times we ask for your patience while we process your order. Please allow ten working days to receive your stickers. If you need them sooner, we may be able to help. Send us an e-mail.
